Affidavit Apostille
An affidavit is a written statement made by a person who swears that the information they're providing in it is true. It's a legal document signed in front of someone authorised to administer oaths; like a notary public, solicitor or a commissioner of oaths.
We can apostille an Affidavit using our Enhanced Service. It is possible to complete this using the Basic Service if it has been signed by a solicitor or Notary Public in the correct manner. This will include solicitor certification and the FCDO apostille. Either the original or a copy can be made to be apostilled.
It's also eligible for the E-Apostille service. Whichever service you choose, we will need the original document in hand in order to carry this out.
