A Certificate of Memorandum is issued when a company has been officially registered at Companies House. A Certified Copy of this can be requested at any time and comes signed by a Companies House Official.
The apostille itself can be placed on the original document, provided it has been produced by Companies House and signed in ink by an Official. A copy can also be apostilled using the Basic Service, provided it has been certified as such by a UK registered & practicing solicitor or notarised by a Notary Public.
