Grant of Probate Apostille (stamped/signed by Court Official)
A Grant of Probate confirms the executor(s) of a will (the person or people responsible for carrying out the wishes of the deceased, contained in the Will); have the authority to deal with the assets of the deceased.
The apostille itself can be placed on the original court issued document, provided it is signed/stamped in ink by an official of the court. A copy can also be apostilled using the Basic Service, provided it has been certified as such by a UK registered & practicing solicitor or notarised by a Notary Public.
