Have an Affdavit legalised with a UK apostille certificate by The Apostilles Group from just £90 digital or £95/£115 paper.

Includes FCDO fees & solicitor.

Your document will be transported using Royal Mail's Guaranteed Special Delivery service to the FCDO Legalisation Office and back (where necessary).

  • If your Affidavit is witnessed by a Solicitor or Notary Public, it can be apostilled on our Basic service for £95. There may be a delay in the apostille being issued given that Solicitors and Notary Publics have to be registered with the FCDO to certify documents. There is a process that if a Solicitor or Notary Public is NOT registered, the FCDO will contact them in order to confirm some details with them. This will incur at least a single day’s delay.

  • Although a Commissioner for Oaths CAN witness the Affidavit itself, the apostille is a separate legal procedure and their certification will not be accepted for apostille.

  • Due to each of the above conditions, The Apostilles Group would recommend using our Enhanced service for your Affidavit apostille.
