Decree Absolute Apostille (PDF with digital image stamp)
A Decree Absolute is a final court issued order when you end a marriage or civil partnership in England or Wales.
It is possible to apostille a photocopy, or a Decree Absolute provided in PDF format - but it must certified by a UK registered/practicing solicitor.
The apostille itself can be placed on an original Decree Absolute, provided it is signed by a Court Official or stamped by the Court in ink. If you have an original, signed/stamped in ink, please see our Basic Service.
