Certificate of Free Sale Apostille (Original, not signed or photocopy)
A Certificate of Free Sale could be necessary should you need to export or move food, drink and agricultural products or export animal feed or pet food. They are issued by the Rural Payments Agency, part of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. If it is signed by an official, it can be apostilled using our Basic Service.
If it hasn't been signed by an official, we can apostille a Certificate of Free Sale using our Enhanced Service. This will include solicitor certification and the FCDO apostille. Either the original or a copy can be made to be apostilled.
It's also eligible for the e-Apostille service. Whichever service you choose, we will need the original document in hand in order to carry this out.
