Dear Customers, from Tuesday 1st April 2025, VAT will be charged on ALL orders being delivered to UK addresses. If your delivery address is overseas, VAT is NOT applicable
A Court Order is a binding judgement issued by any Court in the UK. Court Orders include Adoption Orders, Decree Absolute, Decree Nisi and many other different types.
The apostille itself can be placed on an original Court Order, provided it is signed by a Court Official or stamped by the Court in ink. It is possible to apostille a photocopy, or a Court Order provided in PDF format - but it must certified by a UK registered/practicing solicitor. If you need to arrange a solicitor certification, please see our Enhanced Service.
